ACCEPTING CHALLENGE

you may be happy doing the same work in same role for years. However, that is extremely unlikely to represent your full potential.
Restlessness is a good sign and a valuable quality once a task has been successfully completed, you look for new pastures and challenges. Be biased in favor of accepting  these challenge when offered. You have a limited number of years in your career, and it makes sense to move onward and preferably upward whenever you can. This kind of restlessness has nothing to do with dissatisfaction or "itchy feet ". It is simply the desire to rest your powers in new situations - an angle that should always be followed.

INSPIRING EXCELLENCE

Seeking perfection for yourself  entitles you to make similar demands of others. Part of your own drive for excellence aims to achieve maximum potential in others. Harness their innate desire to be committed, to excel, to seek responsibility, and to use their mental powers by setting an excellent example yourself. spur people on to seek excellence by encouraging and rewarding them when they produce outstanding results.

WELCOMING COMPETITION

You should always welcome competition because it has a positive effect. Lack of competition tends to stultify. Conversely, the urge to outdo the opposition by fair and square means will powerfully stimulate drive and energy, in individuals and organization alike. Foster that urge, in yourself and your team, by all available means. Choose the best "enemy" you can and make them the one to beat, and their standards the ones to exceed. But keep the aggression under careful, directed control.
